Terms of Service

Last updated: October 17, 2026. These terms apply when you use the Giliw website, create an account, or place an order.

Your account

Provide accurate name, contact, and delivery information and keep your sign-in details private. Account registration is verified using a one-time code sent to your email. You are responsible for activity through your account. Contact Giliw promptly if you believe someone else has accessed it. Do not use another person’s account or provide information you are not authorized to use.

Menu and orders

Menu items, prices, sizes, add-ons, and availability may change. Check the order summary, fulfillment method, scheduled time, delivery details, and total before placing an order. An order is subject to Giliw’s confirmation and item availability. Pickup, dine-in, and delivery options and time slots shown at checkout depend on current availability.

For digital payments, use only the payment instructions shown at checkout. Giliw may ask for the last six digits of a transaction reference to help verify payment; never send your password, PIN, or one-time banking code to Giliw. Staff verify digital payments. Contact Giliw directly about an order change, cancellation, payment issue, or refund; a request is not guaranteed until Giliw confirms it.

Website and assistant

Use the website lawfully. Do not disrupt the service, attempt unauthorized access, misuse another person’s information, or interfere with site security. Giliw’s Wilig assistant provides automated general help about Giliw. It may be unavailable or make mistakes; confirm important order, payment, availability, or dietary information with Giliw staff. Do not enter passwords, payment credentials, or other sensitive information into chat. The assistant allows up to 10 successfully answered questions per usage period, which resets daily at 6:00 AM Philippine time.

Availability and changes

Giliw may update, suspend, or discontinue website features when needed, including for maintenance or security. We may update these terms as the service changes. The latest version will be published on this page.
